RECIPROCITY (2022)
Within each page of this folding mini zine, an illustration is paired with bits of poetry and prose, borrowed from writers whose works hold a deep (eco) feminist sensibility. RECIPROCITY embraces interactivity with dotted lines, akin to the style of childhood workbooks, inviting readers to write their names on the cover and share reflections on each page.
The drawings and concept for this piece came together one summer evening at People’s Park in Berkeley, California (Ohlone land).
